Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Welcome to X-Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X-Network website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About X-Network

X-Network is an independent hub for third-party web learning games such as Kahoot, Blooket, Prodigy, Quizlet, Wayground, Gimkit, and Google Forms. Alongside links to those games, we offer our own browser scripts, sites, and locally-run tools (such as KahootX, X-Gui, X-Bot, X-Client, Token Claimer, and the Wayground control tools) that add automation, information, or control features on top of them — see Nature of the Tools below for how those work. We do not create, own, host, or control the underlying games, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them — see the Trademarks & No Affiliation section below for the full disclaimer covering each one by name.

When you launch a game or use one of our tools against a third-party game, you are interacting with that third party under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party game or website.

2. Definitions

A few terms used throughout these Terms:

  • "Service" means the X-Network website, dashboard, account system, browser scripts, sites, and locally-run applications we make available, collectively.
  • "We," "us," "our," and "X-Network" refer to the operator(s) of the Service.
  • "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Service, or, where applicable, the parent, guardian, or teacher who has authorized a minor's use of it.
  • "Third-party game" or "platform" means any game, site, or service we do not own or operate — such as Kahoot, Blooket, Prodigy, Quizlet, Wayground, Gimkit, and Google Forms — that a product on the Service links to or interacts with.
  • "Content" means any text, code, images, or other material made available through the Service, whether created by us or by a third party.

3. Trademarks & No Affiliation

X-Network helps you find and launch the following third-party products. Each name below, along with any associated logos, characters, or branding, is a trademark of its respective owner. Their appearance anywhere on the Service — in navigation, product pages, screenshots, or marketing copy — exists solely to identify which game a given feature applies to. It is not, and should not be read as, a claim of affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, business relationship, or endorsement, in any direction, between X-Network and the company behind it. None of the companies listed below has reviewed, approved, authorized, or endorsed X-Network, its content, or anything it links to.

  • Kahoot!
  • Blooket
  • Prodigy
  • Quizlet
  • Wayground (formerly Quizizz)
  • Gimkit
  • Google Forms — a product of Google LLC

"X-Network" and our own logo are our marks, not theirs, and nothing here grants you rights to use them outside the Service. If you are a rights holder for any of the products above and have a concern about how your mark appears on this site, contact us using the details in the Contact section below and we will address it promptly.

4. Nature of the Tools

Several products offered through X-Network — including but not limited to KahootX, KahootX-Client, X-Gui, X-Bot, X-Client, Token Claimer, and the Wayground control tools — are third-party browser scripts, sites, or locally-run applications that add automation, information, or control features (such as auto-answering, answer retrieval, on-screen information overlays, session control, or bot flooding) on top of games we do not own or operate. These tools work by interacting with a third-party game's client or session in your browser or on your own device; they are not part of, licensed by, or endorsed by the game publishers.

These publishers actively update their software, and any given feature can stop working, be detected, or be patched at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any tool will remain undetected, functional, or compatible with a given game at any point in time, and we make no promise that using a tool will not be noticed by a host, teacher, platform, or anti-cheat system.

5. Assumption of Risk

Using automation or session-control tools on a platform you do not own or operate can violate that platform's own terms of service and, depending on the context, can carry academic, disciplinary, or account consequences (for example, a game account suspension, a report to a teacher or school, or removal from a session).

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any X-Network product, for complying with the rules of any platform, classroom, or session you use it in, and for any consequences that result. We do not control, and are not responsible for, decisions made by third-party platforms, schools, teachers, or other users in response to your use of the Service.

6. Session-Control Features & Other Players

Some tools let you take actions that affect other participants in a live game session — for example, viewing session information, kicking a player, taking over ('hijacking') a player's session, or sending a burst of reactions or messages. You agree to only use these features in sessions you are authorized to control (such as a game you are hosting, or one where you otherwise have permission from the host or participants), and not to use them to harass, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access on behalf of someone else without their consent.

Misuse of these features against a session or players you are not authorized to control is a violation of these Terms, may violate the third-party platform's own terms, and, depending on your jurisdiction, could implicate other laws — responsibility for that misuse rests with you, not X-Network.

7. Locally-Run Companion Applications

Some products (for example, the Wayground control tools) run as a separate application on your own device rather than through our servers. We do not receive, transmit, or store the game or session data that application processes on your behalf — see the Wayground product page for details. You are responsible for how you configure, run, and use any locally-run companion application, and for the device and network you run it on.

8. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service, and in particular make any purchase, with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or teacher, who is responsible for supervising that use.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including any two-factor authentication method and recovery codes) secure and confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free-tier account for the purpose of evading limits, and you may not create an account using another person's identity or a false one, or on behalf of anyone who has not agreed to these Terms.

9. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Certain features are offered as paid plans, billed by Stripe on our behalf. Prices, billing periods (e.g., monthly), and what's included are described at checkout before you pay.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not itself entitle you to a refund of the current period — see Refunds below.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade your plan, or suspend paid features until payment succeeds, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you first. We may change subscription prices going forward; where required, we'll give you notice before a price change applies to your next renewal, and continuing your subscription after that point means you accept the new price.

10. Taxes

Prices shown do not include any applicable sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, other than taxes on our net income, and Stripe or another processor may calculate and collect applicable tax automatically as part of checkout.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first (see Refunds below) so we can resolve it directly — most issues can be fixed faster that way than through your bank or card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, instead of contacting us, for a charge you actually authorized may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is resolved, and we reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with the payment processor and to recover any related fees from you.

12. Refunds

To request a refund, join our Discord server and open a support ticket. We review every request individually.

You are eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

  • You paid and did not receive what you paid for.
  • Something you paid for is not working as described.
  • You paid, tried out one or two things, and decided it is not for you — request the refund promptly while your usage is still minimal.

Refunds are not available once you have meaningfully used a paid feature — for example, if you pay, use the product for a day or two, and then ask for a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. An approved refund is processed back to your original payment method and ends the associated paid access immediately.

13. Gift Purchases & Redemption

Some plans can be purchased as a one-time gift for someone else to redeem. A gift link is tied to a single redemption; once redeemed, the Pro period it grants belongs to the redeeming account and is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

An unredeemed gift may expire after a period of time disclosed at purchase. If you purchased a gift that hasn't been redeemed and want a refund, contact us using the Refunds process above before it's redeemed — once redeemed, the same non-refundable rule described in Refunds applies.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • Break the law or use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, our infrastructure, or any third-party game or platform;
  • Use any session-control feature (kicking, hijacking, flooding, or similar) against a game session or players you are not authorized to control, as described in Session-Control Features & Other Players above;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any rate limit, plan restriction, or other access control built into the Service;
  • Use the Service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product, or scrape, copy, or redistribute our scripts or site content outside of ordinary, intended use;
  • Introduce malware, or use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system that is not your own;
  • Resell, redistribute, or share paid access with others without permission;
  • Harass, threaten, or target specific individuals through the Service or any third-party game you reach through it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without refund where the violation warrants it.

15. Reverse Engineering & Tampering Prohibited

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying logic, or protocols of any X-Network product (including but not limited to KahootX, KahootX-Client, X-Gui, X-Bot, X-Client, Token Claimer, and the Wayground control tools), nor tamper with, modify, patch, or interfere with their intended operation, bypass any license, plan, or access control built into them, or redistribute a modified version of any of them.

This is a zero-tolerance policy. Violating it will result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against anyone who reverse-engineers, tampers with, or redistributes a modified version of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Intellectual Property; License to Use the Service

Except for third-party trademarks (see Trademarks & No Affiliation) and any open-source components we've incorporated under their own licenses, the Service — including its design, code, scripts, and text — is owned by X-Network or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service's code or content, or to remove any proprietary notices, except as a given product's own instructions expressly allow (for example, installing a userscript on your own browser).

17. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree that we may use them for any purpose, including to improve or market the Service, without any obligation or payment to you.

18. Beta & Experimental Features

Features or products we label as beta, early access, or experimental are provided for testing and may be incomplete, unstable, changed significantly, or discontinued at any time without notice. The disclaimers in No Warranty and Limitation of Liability below apply with particular force to these features.

19. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact email below including: a description of the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing and its location on the Service, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.

20. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to a comprehensive U.S. or other applicable trade embargo, or if you are on any government restricted-party or denied-persons list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Service.

21. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive account-related electronic communications from us (such as email verification, password reset, security, and billing messages) — these are part of the Service and can't be opted out of while you have an account. Optional product-update emails can be turned off at any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link in the email, as described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Third-Party Games & Links

The Service points to and links out to third-party games and websites. Those services are operated entirely by others. We do not endorse them and we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, policies, fees, downtime, or practices. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

23. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any third-party game will remain available or function correctly, or — as described in Nature of the Tools above — that any tool will remain undetected, functional, or unpatched by a third-party platform at any given time.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X-Network and its operators, owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party game accessed through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use the Service and any third-party game at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any trouble, consequences, disputes, account actions, penalties, or other problems you may encounter as a result of using our products or the third-party games we link to. In any case, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X-Network and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms (including any unauthorized use of a session-control feature against another player or session), or your violation of any law, any third-party platform's terms, or the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with that defense.

26. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement

We'd rather resolve a problem directly than through a formal proceeding — please contact us first (see Contact below) and give us a chance to fix it.

If a dispute can't be resolved informally within 30 days, you and X-Network agree that it will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service. Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules then in effect, and judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and X-Network each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that claim or dispute (and only that one) will proceed in court rather than in arbitration, and the rest of this section will still apply to everything else.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing the contact address below within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating that you want to opt out of arbitration; if you do, disputes will instead be handled as described in Governing Law & Venue below. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.

27. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Dispute Resolution above (including because you opted out, or a claim is excluded from arbitration), the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, and you agree to that venue to the extent permitted by law.

28. Force Majeure

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, labor conditions, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or the actions of a third-party platform or service provider we depend on (such as a hosting, payment, or email provider).

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, as described in our Privacy Policy.

30. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to reflect the parties' original intent as closely as permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

31. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are between you and X-Network only. They do not create any rights or benefits for any third party, including any third-party game or platform referenced in these Terms.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown for a specific product or promotion, make up the entire agreement between you and X-Network regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

33. Notices

We may provide notices to you by email to the address on your account, or by posting on the Service. Notices to us should be sent to the contact email below. Notices are considered given when sent, or, for postings on the Service, when posted.

34. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If our contact details change, the current ones will always be listed in this document.

35. Termination

You may stop using the Service, and close your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service or a given product.

On termination for breach, your license to use the Service ends immediately, and any remaining balance of a paid plan is forfeited without refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Payments, Refunds, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law — will survive.

36. Contact

The official contact email for X-Network is [email protected]. This address may change in the future; if it does, the current contact email will always be listed here in the Terms of Service. For refund requests, the fastest route is to open a ticket in our Discord server.
